The app subscription (around €14.99/month) adds remote control, notifications while you're away and Homii Sense intelligence, and you can cancel or restart it anytime without losing your local protection.
Optional professional monitoring will be provided through a PSA-approved Alarm Receiving Centre (the Irish Private Security Authority standard) for around €15 per month on top of the app subscription — about €29.99 per month all-in. It's coming after launch and is never required.
